A documentary on the life and career of French photographer Olivier Rebbot, who was mortally wounded in El Salvador in 1981. Featuring hundreds of his photographs from the great stories of the day, including the Iranian Revolution and Civil War in Lebanon, it is a meditation on the practice of photojournalism in the 1970s.
The film features interviews with the photographer Susan Meiselas, filmmaker Raymond Depardon, and US Ambassador Robert White.
